Well, I stayed in one this past November called the Anchor Guest House (Lower Baggott St) that was really clean and nice and accommodating, but I think it cost about 40 pounds. Since the exchange rate was favoring the dollar at that time, it was a reasonable rate, but I'm sure you can find cheaper. I can probably find the contact info if you're interested, just let me know.
