OK, Moushief so lets take the country's that sorcha listed for starters: "Rwanda, Afghanistan, Columbia"... are the people who live there supposed to think they live in the best country in the world? Supposing they all decided that the US was the best country in the world - they'd all leave, go to the US and you would welcome them all with open arms, right?
