Years ago I heard a song a couple of times and don't know the name. The story seemed to be Mexican or South-western U.S.A. -- there was a powerful man who owned a mine, and who terrorized the people of a small town, taking what he wanted from them. One of the things he took was a woman who didn't want to go with him. Eventually there was a cave-in in the mine which broke both his legs, and she took his horse and went home. The words were very powerful.
