The others have hit most of the high points, but I just want to add my word of sympathy & support. I hope you *will* be able to continue singing, but you are more than just your voice & we value you. I'm, unexpectedly, having surgery next week after 5 weeks of troublesome symptoms & it's making me feel old at 48. The doctor says it's a piece of cake, but it sounds a little scary to me! Anyway, I'm glad I have your music & stories on cd & cassette & I'll have a big hug for you at Old Songs.
