I really do feel sorry that you Americans don't know Jean Chretien better, because by God you would then have something to rant and rave about! He is the very epitome of the onetime classic comedic cliche of a raspy-voiced and not too bright French Canadian from a small backwoods town in Quebec. You gotta see and hear it to believe it.
