It only takes 3 days to create a habit. Rather than quitting smoking, create the habit of being a non smoker. Rather than saying I can't have a smoke, think, i don't HAVE to smoke anymore. The subconcious has no logic. Repeated often enough, it will believe whatever you program it to. Really, it worked for me.
