I know nothing about the local Cinci issues, but it seems incredible to me that it is ever correct for a cop to shoot at a fleeing suspect. I understand firing when weapons are involved and a cop or a passerby's life is in danger ... but shooting for evasion of arrest? Surely something's wrong with that scenario.
