Just noticed that on next week's PBS schedule is a Stephen Foster American Experience Special that appears to be pretty decent. There is a teacher's guide with a transcript of the show also. Here's the PBS Stephen Foster Website so you can check it out for yourself. The "generic" PBS schedule shows it on Monday, 4/23/01 at 9 PM, but check your own listings. Good website with some audio clips too.
