The Kielder Hunt was written by James Armstrong of Redesdale (Northumbria) in the 19th. century.  The DT text Jeri linked to above came from Willie Scott; most people who sing it nowadays got it from him.  The rather fine tune hasn't reached the DT yet, but is at Alan's Mudcat Midi Pages:  The Kielder Hunt.
