I just appreciate them and the work they do. And I appreciate also that they (while not hiding whom they are) operate "behind the scenes" quietly and efficiently - unlike on some forums/newsgroups where those who can edit, constantly and publicly correct, nitpick and control, while complaining about all the extra work this causes them.
