I'd imagine that the real "WORST" ever is some recording that got buried shortly after the artist's relatives all left rather than be given comp copies.

Anything else is going to be personal, and I'll wager money that any given person's selection for worst will be someone else's sainted 'best', and fur would fly accordingly.
