Thank you both for your help. I saw that recording by John McCormack and wondered how in the heck he could have recorded it in 1913 when it was about a rebellion that started in 1916! I haven't found anything to indicate that it is copyrighted. And my CD will probably have very limited sales so I think it will be okay to include it!
