Then, a step above, theere is the "Piece de resistance" greasy spoon, with one dish beyond sublime - but don't order anything else. Then, another step above, is the "classique" greasy spoon. This is the typical, well-loved greasy spoon. Then, the greasy spoon "De La Famille" where the environment is, by only a slight stretch of the imaginiation, suitable for children. Then, the best of all, the "Haut Cuisine" greasy spoon.
