I can only remember the chorus as already quoted from radio broadcasts post WW2,but I think it was the sort of thing dance bands used to do with the members singing in unison, rather than with a featured singer, sort of Harry Roy, Roy Fox,Ambrose, era . Joe O. probably has it amongst his song books. Not in the skiffler repertoire I'm afraid!
