Uh, I hate to sound obtuse, but there are two addresses listed. Which one gets a check to Max so he will know it's OK to send a calendar? Do folks in CT or PA have to pay sales tax? Is there a credit card option? I emailed Max to ask how to pay and haven't heard anything back. Those of us who aren't in the know could use clear ordering instructions. Is there such info available? Thanks.
