Karen... wine goes with sauted partridge. A dry German white, to be exact. Snarples with, before actually, the stew. Bring some OJ, black rum and a jar of Marichino ( sp ? ) cherries. Mixed correctly, tis a wonderful libation that soothes the tummy as well as the spirit.We could have both, as I fancy myself as wily as a fox when it comes to partridge and have a freezer full to prove it. Funny, that doesn't seem to impress very many women.
