I know that there have been a few threads on 'foot and mouth' before, and I also imagine that no one knows the exact answer to my question, or that there even is one.

However, maybe someone will be able to provide a rough figure. How long are all of England's footpaths going to be closed for?

A month? 3 months? A year? 3 years?

If any one has a clue, I'd be grateful to hear it.
