Port Charles (yes, a daily soap opera on Fox) has a story line where someone is awaiting a liver transplant and another person (living) is a "perfect" match. This is one complicated story as the match is doctor recovering from drug dependency and is of course afraid of becoming dependent once again in the course of donating a portion of her liver. But the story really talks about the process of a partial transplant.
