A shanty (?) with words similar to "Well they call me hanging Johnny, away boys away..."

A song of which I have little information (no title or anything) the final verse runs something like:

"You haven't an arm, you haven't a leg, the enemy nearly slew you, you'll have to go out on the streets and beg, O Johnny what will (has?) happened to you?"
