There was a piece on Mike Raven's web page (www.freefolk.com) Issue 3 Sep-Oct 2000 which had his early life and a request for more information. It said he was born 1916 so he's the same age as my father (sorry, Dad, OK that isn't ancient!)if he's still with us.
