The song was co-written by Katy Moffatt and Tom Russell. Katy recorded it on her album 'The Greatest Show on Earth' Philo CD PH 1148. I think the album was withdrawn and reissued with a new name ('Evangeline Hotel'?) because a circus objected to the title.
