I for one bemoan the loss of well-made clothing...I have collected a number of Victorian pieces and am astonished at the workmanship that went into it...likewise some of the clothing of the '20s and '30s I own.

Wearing something once and throwing it away; isn't that the sort of attitude that has created a planet mounded high with garbage?

If I like my clothes, I want to keep them as long as I can...then again I have great taste.
