Graham, sorry I missed this before. I have Dave Webber and Annie Fentiman singing it on their new CD, "Constant Lover". YOu want words? tune? or did you just need the source?
They attribute it to William Barnes/Ralph Vaughan Williams, so it seems like it might be available in the classical market as sheet music.
