My only problem with Linux is the lack of development of software for it. I do understand that with some jigging almost any program can be ported over, but I draw the line at "Well, all you have to do is open the .exe source, change lines 2, 47, 690, 1345, 8999 and twenty others to read these incredibly long strings, recompile, go back in and change the resultant value changes to this (but not THAT, or it crashes your computer and you need to re-install), then change two lines back but I forget which ones, and you're done! Simple, no?"
