Yahoo Mail will only automatically open files such as .jpg and .gif (picture files). It won't automatically run a visual basic script (.vbs) which this is.

You'd have to save it and run it for it to affect you. Also this virus only attacks Microsoft Outlook (Express) so you needn't worry.
