I was with a customer that had undergone the full treatment a while ago. Shall remain nameless of course but suffice to say Paul had become Paula. Being unsure of the ettiquete I decided to offer her my seat as I had been sat working at a console for a good while while she stood at my shoulder.

"No thanks" she says "It's still painful to sit..."
