Hoka Hey,

I, sadly, have only just begun at 27 to really appreciate the beauty of the languages and music of my Native people. I have found, to my delight, that there are many Native folks involved in folk and roots music. My two favorites are Buffy Sainte-Marie Wolfchild and Norton Buffalo (former harmonicist for the Steve Miller Band).
