If you're looking for a forum for gardening, try Gardenweb.com. It's broken down into lots of fairly specific categories, and I've gotten some good information there. It is not, however, a virtual community, as Mudcat is. People just ask gardening questions and answer them. Can't complain about that, I guess, but it's not as much fun as Mudcat.
