Another request from my dad. Some old lady in the rest home where he gigs wants to hear this old one, again.

What he can remember of it is something about a young man giving his love a Century Plant and tells her he'll be back when it blooms. Of course, they only bloom once every century, so I'd gather she was rather put out.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Dad always tells phoaks about the Mudcat and where he can find any lyrics desired.:-)
