Susan A-R, as long as it's not "what's for dinner," no problemo. I like to surprise my dinner guests. Do you like Eel, or have you caught up with the thread about eels? I have the recipe for Jellied Eel, but I have no access to eels. Of course I wouldn't touch eel with a stick myself anyway. I'll just surprise you! After all, I have a lot of time to plan a menu.
