Katlaughing has a post above with the info, but the secre server sometimes has a burp....Max always checks it to be sure. One time it decided that my 75 bucks was 75 THOUSAND and Max of course caught it so there was no problem. Personally, I call Max and give him the info, but you are just as well off to mail it to the address in West Chester, PA........sometimes called Mudcat Central.
