Bron has made a great contribution and indeed we need to announce that one again.....Was there a thread? Let's either revive it or start one!

Ebbie and Blue Jay and others have joined in and I figure us to be at about $1200.00 at this point!!! That's already a fourth of what we need and that's been in less than a day!!!!

Once again group......There are many ways of contributing to the 'Cat and I have mentioned in several threads today that buying through the jumping catfish logo to Amazon, CDnow, and others is very helpful because the money adds up! Auction items are great and add to the needed bucks. Bron's CD is a wonderful idea that she invested in and the profits of that go to the 'Cat. Then there are the helping and non-financial ways of lyrics and tune searching and midi conversions and research. All of the above support the spirit and the needs of the site.

THIS PLEDGE DRIVE IS A ONE TIME ONLY THING....well, at least til next year. Instead of Max having to mention the need for bucks, what we are trying to do here is to eliminate that entirely. Money now and then and one time contributions are all wonderful, BUT WHAT WE NEED IS A GUARANTEED MONTHLY DOLLAR FIGURE COMING IN TO THE MUDCAT CAFE!! All of the other wonderful things can be icing on the cake, but the $400/month will assure us that the cake will still be here to ice!!!!!

It's doable and doable NOW.........Let's stop messing around with it and go for the bucks. If you can't afford to, that's fine and we know you contribute in other and important ways. But if you can, commit to a dollar or three or five or ten or twenty a month........nothing is too small!!!! It all adds up!!!!..........And is there anyone who doesn't get a bucks worth of pleasure out of this place at least once a month?

We're a fourth of the way there........Let's make the halfway point by this evening huh???
