Uncle Jaque, it's a niner and the check should be made out to the Mudcat Cafe, as far as I know. If you click on the fish jumping out of the banjo, up top, and scroll down to Max's message, it should say for sure, but that's what I always make mine out to and so far they've been cashed!:-) THANKS!
