You clean 'em.
I'll cook 'em, but
YOU EAT 'EM!!!
(I like most shellfish, but not fish/fish. Catfish--ugh.
Bass--OK, not great
Crappie--slightly better, but still fish
Sun perch--one step up from crappie
Best fish I ever ate was Red Snapper in Galveston....and it was still fish!
