You might want to read up on possible connections between grain intolerance, leaky gut and these disorders. I believe Dr. Atkins discusses them in some of his books. He is a complementary medicine doctor. I have read this also elsewhere. There is also a test for grain intolerance through Diagnos-Techs in Kent. I took it as part of another test and found out I was intolerant, although I had no symptoms, except I think it is responsible for my weight problem. Some people can digest grains with apparent ease and some can't. I think wheat is supposed to be one of the worst.
