Good point, UB Ed. I suspect they set it for those hours thinking most people would be home from work and not knowing how many phoaks would be able to get their companies to go along. Although, wouldn't it be lovely if they did? It's being forced on them, too, so one would think they'd be open to it, at least in some parts of the world.
