You bet! A good teacher is worth more than gold, to the kids, to the community, to the world. Eric, you know your stuff, you're devoted to the kids (and that's vital), and you're preparing for the exam. Keep these in the back of your mind. It might help to think, even briefly, that these OFSTED people aren't out to get you, their job is to make sure all schools and teachers are up to snuff. It'll still be a pain in the butt, I know.
