Good luck to you Eric. I'm sure that your pupils appreciate what you do for them even if those bureaucrats don't. My wife worked with special needs children and I saw at first hand how much a good teacher can do for them, and get back from them too. To be a teacher is an honourable thing. I left school over 50 years ago but I still remember my headmaster and anpother teacher with affection and gratitude for the gifts they gave to me. Keep at it Eric - Good teachers are Needed.
