Also Travel Britain is a UK based site so you know that the sites you get back are relevant to the UK (horses for courses)

Yes one can filter searching on Google now try "Folk music uk" on google!!!

My thoughts..... like traditional music clubs - the more the merrier - it's always handy to have an assortment of tools in your toolbox - right tool for the right job.

I link to Mudcat and several other major (and not so major) folk related sites and I'm always happy to support and link to sites that link to us. Like a pleasant word - it cost nothing.
