I know that this might not be the best place for this, but I've never seen so many smart people on the web in one place before, so here goes:

I work for a company that sneds us out frequently to regional offices (we use Macs only), and there is a firewall in the system that won't let us check our email at www.aol.com or even get on mudcat! How can idefeqat this? Not being able to check my email several times daily now that I have become used to using it is a severe handicap and a major pain in the ass! and as long as I'm asking for extraneous computer advice, what is the best napster substitute? Audiogalaxy?
