Well done ,Eric, I find among my teacher friends it is the good ones that worry most about OFSTED (they CARE).
This from the Telegraph online , ths beginning of a long article might amuse

'We're like the Stones - only poorer'
When they tire of Ofsted and detention, four headmasters from East Anglia know how to blow away the classroom blues. Cassandra Jardine meets them 'WE'RE no good at smoochy songs," declares John Knowles, a huge, bearded bear of a man, as he heaves a speaker out of a trailer in the car park of Old Catton middle school. He has the booming voice that a lead singer ought to have, though his girth and greying hair might be thought handicaps to a career in rock. But then, Jerry Garcia pulled in the crowds, and so do the 4Heads, who are currently electrifying audiences all over East Anglia.

Class act: the four colleagues ( John Knowles, Rob Jackson, Tony Blake and Neil Beacock) adopt a more sober guise While Knowles moves desks in a classroom to make room for the band's kit, Rob Jackson makes the typically low-key entrance of a bass guitarist. Sucking on a pipe, he has a quick word with the school caretaker about a cup of tea. As head of Old Catton, he's an avuncular figure - but when the lights go down, I sense, this man can rock.
