I'm not the one I'm worried about Jon... I've quite a thick skin and the ability to rapidly develop what I call "Bullshit Blinders" to filter out the crap...

Some here are not so lucky, and are easily offended... It's for their sake, I went looking for the "User Filter" or other solution...
