Well, my SO and daughter were absolutely certian that my oldest Siamese, Heyokah, was done for and would have to be put down this morning, but I am pleased to say he defied their absolutes and is here to live another day, albeit as a newly-diagnosed diabetic.*

*bloodwork pending...it could still be touch and go, but at least it was not today, as they were so sure of!
