Hey there everyone.

Me and my family are going to florida for two weeks in august next year, but I'm thinking of travelling around the USA for a month beforehand, compensation permitting......yep, if i've got the money. If i don't get my compensation then I'm just going to save up like mad this year so I can still do it.

This is something I've wanted to do for ages, and since I'll be 21 by then and able to hire a car and drive, I thought it would be a good time for me to go on my little (hehehe) trip round the states.

The thing is I don't really have a clue about what to do on this trip, and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas? All contributions will be greatfully accepted, ie: where to visit, when's the best time to come over, you know the type of thing. I've only ever visited florida once and I'm eager the explore the great expanse of land that is america.
