I think French would work without accents, but ya gotta have the apostrophes, Dick.

In a spirit of generosity, we Germans will forego the umlauts and accept the letter "e" after the modified vowel, as in "Das Wandern Ist des Muellers Lust."

We can also do without the esss-zed, as in "tschuess."

But I do think that Digital Tradition should have at least some of the more familiar foreign-language folk songs. I see some German and Spanish songs, but there could be more.
