next time do not cook the onions & celantro in the mix. chop them fresh & add on top when served. con queso, perhaps. also, toss out the chile powder & grind red pasillas for flavor chili tipins, AKA pequins for fire. take care w/ the balance. best w/ & corn tortillas toasted on the open flame & german beer.
