I reckon it's a Government inspired rake-off on houses of ill-repute... There is a Tax inspector whose job it is to go and take those cards from the insides of phone boxes, ring them up and ask for a tax return... they can't deny they are working, but hey, what a job!!!

My hobbies are numerous. I sew, embroider, garden, sing, collect dragons and green men, am learning to ride a motorbike, but at the moment my main one is smacking the terminal upside the screen because my Email server is playing up and I've had no mail for 3 days!!!!
