dAMN, THE THIRD "STROKE" IS ON THE FIRST SYLLABLE OF THE WORD "jUDIES" . AND, THE LAST STROKE IS ON THE FINAL WORD, "TOW".

If you sing it with the long Rrrroooooooooowwww , as in "ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW, ROW BULLIES ROW, THEM LIVERPOOL JUDIES HAVE GOT US IN TOW", yopu can't row to it,

Done properly, it even has a rhythm for rolling your wrists under soa as to feather the oars, thereby saving a lot of energy lifting them out of the water with each stroke. Like this the (R)'s indicate where to roll your wrists under: ROW,(R),ROW BULLIES ROW (R)THEM LIVERPOOLJUDIES(R)HAVE GOT US IN TOW(R).
