OK, I guess I don't get exactly which "political slogan", or just why Davecoje has his jockeys in a joust. I think it is kinda cute, and is there a difference between "Big Mick", "The Big Guy"(Mick Collins), "mick" as a generic/derogatory term?

Maybe he just needs to add something like:
"Did your da beat the Lambeg Drum
Round about town of Derry,
While he and your mum
Made the day so merry?"

It's not exactly like un acknowledged pregnancies are exclusively Irish......nor does it mean Rape. I don't think that is the point here.

There is also the point that a lot of "Irish Folk Songs" are not Irish at all--Wild Rover, Danny Boy, (keep going here), and Dave, just go listen to some Mozart if that is the way you feel. Won't hurt my feelings at all.
