There used to be a funny music group called The Cool Bananas, in Oz about 20 years ago. Rory O'Donoghue fronted it and his claim to fame was that he used to be part of the Aunty Jack Show with Graham Bond, who has fallen into a commercial tv black hole by becoming the resident architect-tv presenter on a home improvement show. These two were also the authors and performers in two of the funniest Shakespearian parodies I've ever seen.

I never thought I'd see the day - but then again Bond is following in the footsteps of Reg Livermore who played a fantastic Frankenfurter in Rocky Horror, and put on some truly amazing all-singing, all-dancing one man shows and was influential in the social acceptance of homosexuality about 20 years ago.

But I digress. (If you never saw these guys perform you wouldn't know how strange it is to see them acting normal. They are all part of the Oz cultural phenomena.)

Back to the point - one of the songs by The Cool Bananas had a chorus which went: BA-na-NA-na-na NA-na-na. Very clever. But I can't remember what the song was called.
